Brief:

Create a poster for Santa Barbara's Summer Solstice Event

Concept:

This poster was created to promote Santa Barbara's Summer Solstice festival. This poster shows a photo I took from last years Summer Solstice parade to give the viewer a feel of what the event is like. Using Photoshop I wanted to give this photo a more hand drawn look to give it a more playful vibe. For the type I wanted to keep the hand drawn theme so I used a font that expresses the fun feeling of the festival.
